Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements Begin Along Green Acres Road

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The City of Fayetteville Transportation Division will begin infrastructure improvements on Green Acres Road beginning Monday, October 9; estimated construction time is three months. The street will be reopened to full traffic nights and weekends. City officials are working with Ozark Regional Transit to assure access for Route 4.

Infrastructure improvements include storm drain improvements and a new 5-foot-wide sidewalk along the west side of Green Acres Road with connection to Woodland Junior High School. To learn more about the City’s sidewalk projects, please visit this webpage.
