AHTD to Hold Public Open House for
Wedington Drive / I-49 Interchange
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The City of Fayetteville received the following information from the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD). An open house/public involvement meeting is being held for the public to offer comments about the proposed Wedington Drive and Interstate 49. WHAT: Public Involvement Meeting to present and discuss proposed interchange improvements to Hwy. 16/112 Spur on I-49 in Washington County.WHEN: Thursday, March 9, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. WHERE: Asbell Elementary School (Cafeteria), 1500 N. Sang Ave. The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public involvement meeting to present and discuss proposed improvements to Hwy. 16/112 Spur interchange in Washington County on I-49. This will be an “open house” meeting with no formal presentations. The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view exhibits, ask questions, and offer comments.
