Meth Facts

Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor, as a participant and in cooperation with the Fourth Judicial District Task Force, announced the December 2017 results on continued drug enforcement efforts. During the month of December, the 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force made 17 drug related arrests for the following offenses:
 

  • 1 Individual was arrested for Trafficking a Controlled Substance & Simultaneous Possession of Drugs/Firearms
  • 10 individuals were arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. (1 of the above individuals was also charged with Simultaneous Possession of Drugs/Firearms)
  • 3 individuals were arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver. (2 of the above individuals were also charged with Simultaneous Possession of Drugs/Firearms) 

The 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force seized/purchased the following items of evidence during the month of December:
  • 1,492.3 grams of methamphetamine
  • 1,056.5 grams of marijuana
  • 447 grams of marijuana edibles
  • 59.36 grams of cocaine
  • grams of heroin
  • 125 scheduled pharmaceuticals (of which 6 were opioids)
  • 7 Firearms
  • $9,838.00 in U.S. Currency
