RE: FAYETTEVILLE POLICE MAKE AN ARREST IN CONNECTION WITH SHOOTING AT 2125 N. COLLEGE
The Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor announced today the Fayetteville Police Department has made an arrest in relation to a shooting that occurred at 2125 N. College Avenue.
On Sunday, January 21, 2018, at approximately 1:38 AM, patrol officers responded to 2125 N. College Avenue in reference to numerous rounds that were fired into the business. One employee sustained minor injuries.
Through the course of the investigation, it was discovered the shooting occurred after an altercation between the suspects and employees at the business. Detectives were able to gather items of evidence that lead them to the arrest of Ramon Ilario FLORES, age 26, of Lowell, for Accessory to Aggravated Assault, Battery 2nd, Terrorist Act, Criminal Mischief, Engaging in Violent Group Activity and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
