How do I get a residential parking permit?
You can download the instructions and enrollment form from the Parking website. You may also obtain forms at the Parking Management Office located at 416 W. Spring Street.

What documents do I need to present to obtain a residential parking permit?
A current vehicle registration for the vehicle that the permit will be issued to, one form of proof of residency, and a completed enrollment form.

What are the acceptable forms for proof of residency?
Acceptable forms for proof of residency include: current vehicle registration showing the address within the residential zone that identifies the applicant specifically as a resident at that address, property tax bill showing person's name as tax payer and home address within the district, or residential lease agreement with address within the district, identifying applicant specifically as a resident at that address.

Where do I place my residential permit sticker?
Your permit sticker should adhere to the lower left hand corner on the inside of the vehicle windshield.

Can I use residential parking permit on another vehicle?
Permits are non-transferable and are only valid for the assigned vehicle.

What are the renewal periods for residential parking permits?
The renewal periods are annually for home owners and semi-annually for renters.

How do visitors of the residents park in the residential zones?
Each resident may apply for guest permits at the time they obtain their residential parking permit. Two guest permit hang tags are available per residence.

How do services vehicles park in the residential area?
Company vehicles must use a resident guest pass. For an extended stay, vendors must apply for a temporary hang tag through the Parking Management Office. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
